I am an accomplished Management Consultant with an excellent communication style, strong consultative selling skills and a proven ability to support all levels of major organizations as they address and manage major change programs, helping them to achieve business performance improvements while managing the change impact.

I have a great deal of international experience, in the private and public sectors, ranging from business process analysis and improvement, change management and communications to the implementation of new business processes.

I am extremely well versed in the development and application of industry recognized methodologies and project life cycles, with years of hands-on experience with the methodology known as Macroscope®. I am focused on results and able to adapt proven approaches to unique client situations.

I’m a Canadian and USA citizen, currently residing in the USA. I’ve worked in Canada, Ireland, England, Italy and the USA, with short term assignments in various other countries including Japan, France and Belgium.
